NSX uses decimal formatted area numbers while some router vendors have the option to use dotted decimal OSPF area numbers. Two simple scripts to convert between the two OSPF Area number formats.
This page uses the html5 output tag and a little javascript. Tested on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari ok.

Update the octets to obtain the OSPF decimal number –
